Essential Coaching

If you haven’t a clue where to start, feel totally lost as to what you want to do in life, or find yourself in a role you’re not enjoying, leaving you wondering ‘where do I even start’, this package is for you.

Suitable for new graduates who would like guidance with identifying what their strengths and skills are and how to approach the job market. Also suitable for those in the early stages of their career, perhaps a couple of roles into an industry, who would like to identify alternative roles better suited to their skills.  

  • 6 hours 1 to 1 via Zoom
  • 4 hours of ongoing support (email, phone & text/ WhatsApp) for 4 months from date of first session

Individually tailored training and coaching incorporating:  

  • Career direction
    • Talking therapy to identify genuine strengths and aspirations
    • Clarifying your main values and motivators
    • Identifying sectors and roles of interest
    • Establishing the “career vision”
  • CV writing
  • Creating an online profile – LinkedIn

  • Interview technique training
  • How to network effectively – accessing the hidden job market
  • Managing your annual review
  • Salary negotiation

Total: £1,690  (payment can be split equally across 4 months at no extra charge)

Level 2

Career Growth Coaching

Is the grass greener on the other side? Do your peers appear to be doing ‘better’? Did you not get the promotion you went for? ‘I took a career break, will I ever be a success again?’ Are you worried you might have to go “backwards” having been made redundant?

Imposter syndrome, redundancy, career stagnation, a change in priorities and life events, can all affect how we feel about our careers, leaving us wondering ‘how can I get things back on track?’

Suitable for more established candidates operating at a mid to senior level, looking to progress their careers, explore alternative sectors, returning to work after a break and those who wish to create a more personalised career growth strategy.

Level 3

Elevate Career Coaching

Does it feel like your career should be ‘more’? Is something holding you back? Is self-doubt getting in the way of progression? Should you take that promotion? Should you be running the show by now?

Elevate your career to a satisfying stage before negotiating the right kind of retirement for you.

This package is focused on taking your career to the next level, exploring your options around promotion, NEDs, consultancy and portfolio careers.

Suitable for Partner, C-suite and Senior leadership candidates, this package is bespoke to you.

  • 10 hours 1 to 1 via Zoom
  • 2 in person sessions (UK)
  • 4 hours ongoing support (email, phone & text/ WhatsApp) for 4 months from date of first session
  • Strengths Profile™ assessment

Covers a wide range of career coaching practices and can comprehensively tackle:

  • Professional roadblocks
  • Building a stronger personal brand
  • Managing Headhunters and recruiters
  • Salary negotiation
  • Positioning yourself as a potential NED

Total: £4,500 (payment can be split equally across 4 months at no extra charge)

Level 4

The Personal Career Mentor

Working in close partnership, you will have a dedicated mentor to guide and support you. There is a strong focus on enhancing leadership capabilities and your executive presence in the market, capitalising on your network and tapping into ours. This package is discreet and bespoke.

Regular access to your coach by email, phone and text/ WhatsApp, 6 in person sessions (UK) and ongoing support for 18 months. This package includes a Strengths Profile™ assessment.

Price capped at £15,000 payable in 3 equal instalments

Pay-as-you-go

Coaching sessions can be delivered individually at a rate of £220* per hour

6 coaching sessions are recommended to achieve a meaningful and impactful outcome.

Hourly sessions can be upgraded to a programme at no additional cost.

Strengths Profile™ assessment £250

*Additional support required by email, phone and text/ WhatsApp, out with face-to-face sessions, billed at the same rate.
